Mission - We at WSH believe that it is our duty as citizens to pay tax. Our goal is to minimize that tax liability by recording the least amount of taxable income required by law and recording all expenses allowed by law. We provide professional tax, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and consulting services to the community, and strive to have our clients and the community feel that the financial statements we prepare are materially sound and correct.

About Us
Jerry is our semi-retired founder who works as needed from his home in Florida. He is our resident expert on Trusts and Estates, but he specializes in all things tax and maintains an active EA license. Jerry@WellsTax.com
Jonathan is the principal for the firm and has been working on the field for over 25 years. He is our resident expert in multi-state or foreign income tax. He's also our expert on larger multi-owner companies. He particularly enjoys real estate taxation as it is a personal passion outside of work. He is our QuickBooks Pro Advisor, carries a Series 7 license, and a local MN real estate license. Jonathan@WellsTax.com
Bently was born 3/3/2016 and raised in our office setting. Although lacking specific tax knowledge, he does provide an intangible skill that none in the office can duplicate. He has mastered the art of making a tax environment more comfortable. No contact information is provided as he prefers to stay off-grid.

Jamie Is our lead in payroll and accounting. She has been with WSH since before it was WSH, since 1988 to be exact! A legend in her own right! She handles the accounting for many companies and processes millions of dollars of payroll monthly. She is a true artist of customer service. Dania covers the front desk and anything in between! She manages all of our accountant's schedules, does all the on-boarding, assists with the smart vault and is constantly looking for ways to improve our processes and increase our efficiency.
